Let us create space to support your most important business asset: your relationship. In our signature relationship coaching for business partners, you and your sidekick can dive in with our coaches for a rich, customized and in-depth look at how your relationship health directly impacts the success of your business. We work with business partners in Austin and online across Texas to strengthen your communication and connection to get the most out of your partnership, grow your business, and to bring more joy to your work life.
virtual coaching Approach
Whether you are a local Austin business looking for the ease of online coaching or business partners from anywhere in Texas, we've got you covered. Our coaching sessions are tailored and highly effective online and by phone, and we offer practical tools to work on between sessions so you and your partner can continue to build on your in-session progress. Coaching is a subset of therapy, one that is actionable and directive, collaborative and supportive, and that uses elements from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing and organizational and systems theories. Partners typically meet weekly and reassess goals and progress every 3 months. Most sessions will be with partners working together with your therapist coach, and we also include some breakout one on ones to dive deeper into each individual's needs, experiences, dreams and barriers to change.
This work can be challenging and so worth it. Reach out to meet with one of our business relationship therapists to learn more and schedule an intake appointment.
“…Sometimes what activates us is not actually about that person, and what they did or did not clean up. Especially during this intense period of time, many of us are collectively carrying so much compounded tension, grief, and fear in our bodies that it takes a drop of a hat for the nervous system to become activated and seek immediate release.”
