Who we see & How we work

Therapy across the lifespan, for all ages & stages. For you, your family, and your relationships.

There isn’t a one size fits all approach to therapy. Our therapists will help guide you in the process and explore with you what structure best suits you and your desires for growth & transformation. Maybe individual, maybe family therapy, maybe a combination - we keep all options open and work on finding what’s best for you. If you’re looking for therapy for your younger child, keep in mind that we tend to work primarily with the parents in sessions, especially for children under the age of 7.
