Gearing up for Graduation
For many teens, graduation marks the transition and responsibilities of young adulthood. Once celebrations subside, teens are suddenly faced with decisions about goals and activities, and cast into the next steps of independence.
Lindsay reflects that having a nonjudgmental and objective approach makes such a difference during what often feels like an overwhelming and rapid process. During these transitions, it’s so easy to feel alone, and having someone present to walk alongside you can ease the shift of the ‘at home’ self to in the ‘real world’ self.
Lindsay has a great curiosity and passion for supporting teens and young adults. She is dedicated to helping clients work through moments of overwhelm, decision fatigue, and fear paired with conflicting anticipation for the future. She loves seeing clients take ownership of mental health and honor themselves by fostering spaces that fuel a genuine exploration of identity.
Lindsay currently has a few openings, if you or your teen might benefit from additional support during upcoming transitions, reach out to Lindsay, or submit an inquiry on the website.
